Superior Elementary Phone Number Changes

Families, our school is getting a new phone system and phone lines. Effective Friday, October 16, our new school phone numbers are:

Main Number: 720-561-4100

Attendance Line: 720-561-4102

In addition, each classroom will have its own unique phone number. It will not generally ring during the day, but you will be able to leave voicemails for your child's teacher. It will be a 720-561-xxxx number. Your teacher may share this number with you, or you can dial the main number and select your child's teacher by name. Note: Teachers generally check voicemail before and after school, and only sometimes during the day.

PTO Manager

This year our school will be using a website called "PTO Manager" for many communcation purposes. For example, Mrs. Hausermann will be using this system exclusively as her main form of communication. We will also be using this to create our school directory again this year. To get to the site, just go to www.superiorelementary.ptomanager.com. Please take the time to look over your account.

Upcoming events you can use PTO Manager to help you with:

SES Directory. Go to PTO Manager, and sign in or register. You can fill out information for this year's school directory. This needs to be completed by August 26th.

Fall Fling: Go to PTO Manager, and the events section. With just a couple clicks of your mouse. you can sign up to help at our biggest fundraiser of the year.

*Here are a few changes for the volunteer activities/opportunities within PTA:
-Spring Fling is now Fall Fling scheduled for October 9th! Please check the box in the "Volunteer Opportunities" section if you are interested in helping. You will be emailed to let you know what is needed. There will also be information at the PTA table during assessments this week. Stop by and check it out.
-Sally Foster is back! This fundraising event is mostly a service for parents due to the high demand for the wrapping paper.
-The Fun Run has been moved to the Spring of 2010. More information to come later in the year.
