Kids of all ages were ecstatic to get a FREE book from the annual Whittier Book Swap on Friday, May 25, 2007. The library was bursting with piles of books, donated by Whittier kids and parents (and the Boulder Public Library). Every child went home with at least one free book! Many took home bags full of books.

Thanks to all the parents who donated books, especially to Kristin Fitzgerrell (pictured, left with 5th grade teacher Lauren Tracey), our magnificent super dooper organizer! Wow, what an incredible day.
