5th Grade Supply List

• 1 set of colored pencils (basic colors)
• 1 bottle of glue (Elmer's or similar)
• 1 pair of sharp, pointed scissors (Fiskar or similar)
• 1 ruler (centimeters and inches)
• 40 pencils - #2 only
• 5 glue sticks
• 5 plastic 3-prong pocket folders: red, blue, green, yellow, other
• 1 set of water based markers (not Sharpie)
• 2 composition journals (marbled cover)
• 1 LG box of Kleenex
• 1 pkg. lined 3 x 5 index cards
• 4 pads 3 x 5 lined sticky notes
• 1 sport-top water bottled labled with name in permanent marker (no wide-mouthed bottles please)

Contributions of the following items are greatly appreciated:

• Avery labels # 8163 & # 8463
• Photo paper: Kirkland premium glossy, Epson premium glossy, or similar
• Guinea pig food: Timothy hay, pellets, bedding (aspen or cedar)
• Printer ink: ask Lise & Leslie which type
• 1 ream of copy paper
