~ GAINING PERSPECTIVE ON GLOBAL ISSUES  ~
Opportunities for Inquiry and Discussion
.
An international school helps a student look through the eyes of all countries and all cultures.
It strives to develop an international person -- curious about the world, being critical and creative
when looking at complex problems, being open-minded and respectful of views, values, and traditions
of others, actively seeking and considering a wide range of ideas, while being caring and principled.

We explore ways to help students shape a more equitable society so that peace among nations will be stable.

Here are a few of the issues students in an  international school might be learning about and discussing:

Education and the Rise of the Global Economy by Joel Spring. : Lawrence Erlbaum Assoc. 1998
